YUM! I just made this and it its delicious...

Asian Turkey Wrap:
1 8 inch tortilla (recipe calls for fat free flour- I used whole wheat)
1 tbsp mayo
1 tsp light teriyaki sauce
1 lettuce leaf, torn
2 tbsp shredded carrots
6 slices smoked turkey breast
1 slice cheese (your favorite- I used sharp American)

Mix mayo and teriyaki sauce in a medium bowl. Add lettuce and carrots, toss to coat. Top tortilla with turkey and cheese, then top with lettuce mixture. Roll up and enjoy!

It seemed like a whole lot of mayo to me, but it ended up being delicious. I probably will use less mayo and a bit more teriyaki next time. Also I might get just regular turkey breast- the smoked flavor over powered the teriyaki a bit.
