This is an easy way to make fries healthier! Not only are sweet potatoes great for you, but by baking instead of frying, you're cutting back on fat big time.
You need:
- 2 medium sweet potatoes
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- pinch salt
Directions:
1) Peel sweet potatoes and cut into 1/2 inch-thick sticks. Toss with olive oil and salt.
2) Roast at 450F for 25-30 min., turning twice until browned and tender.
3) Serve!

Wow weird
I baked sweet potatoes yesterday (I cube them) and was going to post it. You beat me!
I eat them because they are full of potassium, and my muscles always cramp and potassium helps.
