This is an easy way to make fries healthier! Not only are sweet potatoes great for you, but by baking instead of frying, you're cutting back on fat big time.

You need:

- 2 medium sweet potatoes
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- pinch salt

Directions:

1) Peel sweet potatoes and cut into 1/2 inch-thick sticks. Toss with olive oil and salt.

2) Roast at 450F for 25-30 min., turning twice until browned and tender.

3) Serve!
