it's good for cooling down in hot and humid weathers.
 
ingredients:
2 snow pears.
1 tomato
almond seeds
1 chicken or fish stock cube
3/4 pot of water
 
method:
slice pears and tomato.
put them into pot of water and boil for 40mins.
add in cube and almond seeds, and boil for another 30mins to enrich the taste.
-you may add in your own extra ingredients like sliced dory fish, chicken meat, pork meat, tofus, hot dogs, etc-
make sure your extra ingredients are cooked before turning of the heat.
serve.
