A healthier version of Arby's Chicken Salad Sandwich

A great summer sandwich!


INGREDIENTS

2 cans of shredded chicken (or fresh shredded chicken)
Red Grapes
Fuji Apples
Celery
Pecans (or Walnuts)
Lite Mayo
Whole Wheat Bread
Lettuce

DIRECTIONS

Chop apples, grapes, and celery into small bite size peices.
In a large mixing bowl mix chicken, apples, grapes, celery, pecans and mayo.
Serve on whole wheat bread with lettuce.
(Add however much amount of all ingredients to your liking)
