INGREDIENTS

* 1 cup fat free or low-fat milk
* 1/2 cup frozen banana slices
* 1 tbsp. peanut butter
* 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
* 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
* sweet cocoa powder (optional)

DIRECTIONS

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into a tall glass and garnish with a sprinkle of cocoa powder, if desired.
